This protocol focuses in on correcting energy imbalances to the muscle function that support the torso and trunk of the body. These muscles are critical for sports performance as all of the body are supported by these muscles. Weak core means all other bones and muscles are not stabilized properly so cannot control their function with a high degree of precision. Muscles include - Chest, Back and Abdominal groups. (Rectus abdominis, Transverse abdominis, Oblique abdominis, Pyramidalis, Quadratus lumborum, Sacrospinalis, Rotatores longus & brevis, Levator costum longus & brevis
