Classes  &  Workshops

All of our classes offer practical knowledge.
That includes a healthy blend of basic theory and background, but more so realistic applications for everyday life.


We focus on practical skills in simplified ways so when you leave you will be able to use your new skill that very same day.

If you want more than that we offer that too. All of our courses are sequential in learning to make sure you are solid on each step before you move on to the next.

BTW - Did I say FUN! All of our classes include a fair share of frivolity because humor in learning is proven to increase retention by 400%

(But, as always, it's your choice to participate in the fun or not)

 

Goal Setting as a Process of Growth and Healing series

Learn how goal setting can be WAY more than just a list of tasks to check off—it can be a transformative, healing practice in it's own right.

Creating the goal is a process that is typically poorly taught and underutilized. More a Show & Tell as a charting tool than a true exploration and evolution of whats blocking the behaviors, where those blocks live and how to easily release them. During goal setting you have opportunity to not only "contract" with the person but also to unify and connect their Conscious, Sub-Conscious and Super-Conscious minds on the matter at hand to have them get direct answers and often full resolution.

Whether you're caring for, or educating, self or others this process will help you tap into your own growth and cultivate resilience. By the end of this course, you'll have the tools to make goal setting a dynamic and reflective practice, not just a "to-do" list.

Format: Interactive oratory live session. Online and In-person classes available

               You can just sit and listen or actively participate, choice is yours

Time commitment - 4 hours (either 1 hour for 4 weeks or a half day session)

A quick and easy, practical, tangible introduction to the often esoterically obscure concept of the Mind-Body connection.

This is an Experiential Learning course where you will be shown some simple techniques and then experience them for yourself by participating in guided experiences directed by the facilitator.  By experiencing them for yourself you will have concrete knowledge you can use to improve your life that can never be taken away or lost and is available to you before you even walk out the door.  (And that's just the first class!)
